How to connect a ROLI or LUMI piano by Bluetooth on Mac

Bluetooth MIDI on Mac does not pair from the usual Bluetooth menu. How to connect your ROLI or LUMI piano wirelessly with Audio MIDI Setup.
Not from the Bluetooth menu
MIDI keyboards are paired from Audio MIDI Setup, not from System Settings > Bluetooth. Pairing there alone usually does not make the keyboard available to music apps.
Steps
Turn the piano on. Open Audio MIDI Setup (in Applications > Utilities), choose Window > Show MIDI Studio, click the Bluetooth icon, then click Connect next to your keyboard.
Then open your app
Once connected, open DOLI PIANO in Chrome and press Connect. The keyboard appears like a USB keyboard.
If it drops
Bluetooth can disconnect when the battery is low or the Mac sleeps. For long sessions, USB is the most reliable.
Detailed steps
1. Turn on the keyboard and make sure it is charged. 2. Open Finder, then Applications, then Utilities, and launch Audio MIDI Setup. 3. In the menu bar choose Window, then Show MIDI Studio. 4. Click the Bluetooth icon at the top of the window. 5. Wait for your keyboard to appear in the list, then click Connect. 6. Close the window and open your music app. The keyboard now shows up as a MIDI device.
If the keyboard does not appear in the list
Turn the keyboard off and on again. If it is still connected by Bluetooth to an iPad or phone, disconnect it there first: a Bluetooth MIDI keyboard connects to one device at a time. If it was paired earlier in System Settings > Bluetooth, remove it from that list and pair it again from Audio MIDI Setup.
Reconnecting next time
macOS does not always reconnect Bluetooth MIDI keyboards automatically. If the app does not see your keyboard after a restart, open the same Bluetooth window in Audio MIDI Setup and click Connect again.
