DOLI PIANO in Guided mode with a connected LUMI Keys: notes fall towards the 24 keys.

No piano at home? You can start right now with the keyboard of your laptop or desktop. DOLI PIANO turns it into a 24-key piano: every key on screen shows the letter to type, and the notes fall towards the key to press.

Play on my computer keyboard

How it works

1. Open DOLI PIANO. Open DOLI PIANO in your browser. Nothing to install, no account.

2. Choose your keyboard type. When asked to connect a piano, pick “Play with the keyboard” and choose QWERTY, AZERTY or QWERTZ.

3. Follow the letters. Each key of the on-screen piano shows the letter to type. Watch the falling notes and press the matching letter.

4. Plug in a real piano later. When you get a MIDI keyboard, plug it in: the same songs and lessons work, with real keys.

Which letters play which notes

Two octaves fit on four rows, one hand on each side. Left hand at the top left: the top letter row plays the white keys of the low octave and the number row its black keys. Right hand at the bottom right: the bottom row plays the white keys of the high octave and the row above it the black keys. Prefer another layout? Change the key of every note in the settings.

What you can practise

The whole song library and the beginner lessons work with the computer keyboard: reading falling notes, finding melodies, keeping a steady rhythm and playing with both hands.
